On Tuesday, September 29th the Grade 6 students at CMS ventured out to Tourond Creek Discovery Centre for some outdoor learning. The students rotated around various stations at the centre, including critter dipping, constructing a pathway, making art from nature, a scavenger hunt, and several other activities. Strong Connections is a day for students to meet individually with their teachers and do some assessments to help teachers know how to plan for the learning of individuals and their class.
